Ordered online today for delivery. Delivery came at a good time, but order was wrong. I ordered the Cajun kickin wrap and it came on their regular bread and totally wrong. It was missing toppings and had mustard on it which wasn't what is supposed to be on it. I don't like mustard either. Very disappointed. I called the store and the manager said sorry I can credit your account , but can't bring the right order since I have no delivery drivers for the night. I told her ok I may have to start ordering from somewhere else. She then said ok have a good day. Still left hungry. Totally recommend Firehouse instead.

My fiancee picked up 2 subs, I got the beach literally only had 3 thin slices of turkey only covering half of the sandwich.

Just ordered two sandwiches for delivery. After waiting over an hour, called to check on the status and was told the order was cancelled because of no driver. When asked why we weren't informed our order was cancelled the gentleman who identified himself as the manager replied "I don't know." No apologies, no explanation no effort to offset the inconvenience of waiting over an hour for food that was never going to come.

Had an online delivery, I tipped the driver $5 cash. He later submitted a receipt indicating I tipped him an extra $10 and he signed my name on the receipt. Wasn’t for an email indicating they added an extra $10, I wouldn’t have know it! It’s the white male with a white truck!! Please keep your eyes on him! Thank you Jimmy for refunding my money from this horrible incident !!

Absolutely horrible experience. Just went through the drive through and was greeted by the most rude behaving employee. He said he was busy and for us to wait in the most unwelcoming tone I’ve heard. I asked for light Dijon on my sandwich and they LOADED IT ON. Same with the Mayo. I had to use over 8 napkins to wipe the insane amount of condiments off. They cannot listen and lazily slapped my sandwich together. The bread was incredibly hard, something that I have NEVER known Jimmy johns for. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. Disappointment. Refund would be appreciated for this horrible experience.

I never seen a delivery driver just open someone's house door and leave the food on the floor. No knocking. Just opened the door and left the food on the floor. I won't order from this place again.

The driver immediately asked for a tip. I was literally going to tip, as I believe in generous tipping, but he didn’t even say hello to me. Only asked if I was going to tip him. Although I agree tipping is essential, you’re never supposed to demand a tip!

Don't use Door Dash with this store. It's a gimmick. Update: They still charged me even after they "cancelled the order" because they (Jimmy Johns) didn't have a delivery driver. What a concept, delivery service that can't deliver because of an arrangement with Jimmy John's and still take your money even after "contacting the store directly". Manager "Mason" was extremely rude and told me that is how it is in a not so kind of tone. Door Dash has been very courteous when mishaps happen and has made attempts to "make it right" but not in this case due to whatever contract they have with Jimmy John's. I will say that Jimmy John's has lost a loyal customer over this experience and I guess I have paid it forward for the future. So long, Jimmy John's.
