The manager that was on duty on April 11th 2024 at the kfc on western was soooo nice. I haven’t ran into no manager that has good customer service skills. She was so respectful and nice. I appreciate her professionalism. Also food was sooo good I haven’t had KFC since last year but I definitely will be a regular customer.

I placed a order for the 20$ fill up and also 20$ meal i was giving old cold food and i wouldn't suggest getting food at this restaurant on Western who wants to pay for cold food old food I'm very disappointed need workers who gonna do their job right the first time and give u fresh foodParking: It's lots of space for parking

Seems like they are always waiting on something to finish cooking. Really doesn't matter if there are 2 customers or 10. Friendly staff. Good food.3 years later. It improved for a while. Now another new crew and back to a 20 minute wait for nuggets.

Not sure how you can burn the skin yet not thoroughly cook the chicken! I ordered the pot pie, nope... we're out. Ordered the chicken sandwich, nope we're out. Both times offered to wait 30 minutes of my 30 minute break that was already 10 minutes shorter just waiting to order! I was the ONLY person in dining room and there was ONE vehicle in drive thru!
