our order was perfect except for a little undercooked on the detroit deep dish. I want to say that the Mgr. George was so professional and went above and beyond. So appreciative for the great customer service! We live in the area and frequent this location and are always treated very well and love the new pizza puffs!!! we got 3 orders!!! yum! Keep up the Good work and Thank you again George for your kindness!

The girl at the register was nice but not very customer service attentive. The girl that was making the pizza was rude when she brought it to the counter. I will not visit this poorly run location again. I'll travel to another location. The pizza was okay at best.

update: 02/28/2024 still haven’t received refund.I ordered pizza from here 1/30/24. It was way under cooked and when i opened it up, it was all on one side of the box. DoorDash said they would refund me money. I still have not seen that refund.

This is the first location I've been able to locate that still offers Hot-N-Ready CHEESE pizza. Before this, I had been having a hard time getting it on the spot. I know it takes them just minutes to make them. But that defeats the Brand slogan.

Was given a coupon to replace my last order which was horrible, place is dirty and the food has really gone down hill. The bread sticks are doughy and horrible too! My last time to go there.

We get lunch here often. My partner picks it up and brings it back. This day he went in and picked up the lunch special (pepperoni pizza and drink) and dropped it off to me at the shop. I opened the box and it was not pizza, it was some kind of cheese bread cut into 8 or 10 pieces ( I cant remember). I called to let them know and they took my name and said that next time we ordered they would not charge me. There was no way for me to leave work to take it back. He went today and they pretty much laughed it off and said they don't do that. They lie to the customer to satisfy them and hope they don't ever come for the replacement. I guess we will stick with Pizza Hut and Papa Johns.

I used the app to order but they gave my pizza to another customer while I was at the grocery store next door. Luckily for them I was 10 minutes late so they had another one ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Store seems very disorganized. Not sure if its a people problem or a process problem.Update: they did this again to me. I ordered from the app and they gave my pizzas to a walk-in customer instead of putting it in the pizza portal. When I went in there, they offered to remake the pizzas(I ordered 2). I wasn't going to wait, that's the whole reason I ordered ahead of time on the app. They refunded my money but this is happening too often.
