Fish was overcooked and warm not hot oil is getting old because the color of the batter was dark definitely not what it used to be way to go yum foods seems your the only one making money off of these places anymore yum foods is not what it used to be

My son and I got a bunch of fish and chicken and stuff there last week and it was really good. The people were super nice and the food was fried up just right. Very crispy but not over cooked. We'll be back for sure, top notch longjohn silvers right here. The location in Niles is good too.

Every time we come here they are rude. Window says come inside for pick up order but all of the doors are locked. Second time we came and the lobby wasn’t open. We pull up to the drive through order screen and are greater with a “there is at least a 20-30 minute wait” instead of a hello or welcome. We state that we have a pick up order and are told it’s going to be another 12-15 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes for our order to be prepared. We would have just left but the order is already paid for! For the price, long wait, and tiny portions, we should have gone to a sit down restaurant. The guy who brought us our order did apologize. I know staffing is rough and the company should do something to combat that!

Great staff & customer service. This was a true LJS with ample Seafood options. I had to wait quite a while, but the food was cooked fresh. The order was accurate & delicious. Condiments included. Staff did not include eating utensils.

Great place to eat . Has been a neighborhood staple for many years. Currently it’s still a favorite spot. The crew is awesome and management runs a good shop. Ms Leah the manager is very good at all aspects of managing and works hard. Recommend a visit anytime to this restaurant.

We love Long John Silver. Ordered 8 piece fish and 8 love piece chicken. No sides. Drive up to window $35 plus dollars. Thought it was a mistake. Thought I was charged a meal. Guy said no. This is very expensive! Purchased anyway. Couldn't believe price. ?

Food is good but the service is lacking. Manager that took my order couldn't have been more unpleasant. Okay, got my order asked for a few more cocktail sauces. It was take-out and when I got home to eat we did not get the shrimp or the additional sauces. This was second time in a month that our order was lacking; first order was cold in the short distance it takes to get home. This time it was the lack of customer service and the shortage. I doubt we will be going back to this LJS's. Inflation and lack of customer service not a good combination. Three stars for the food and a minus star for the manager.

Since Long John Silver's reopened after the pandemic, the food has been outstanding. I think they cook your protein when you order it because it takes longer to go through the drive thru. The result is hot, really tasty food. Team members were very pleasant too.

It was horrible I got eight piece shrimp it was nine dollars they forgot my coleslaw the hush puppies looked like they’ve been baked 15 times in the oil this is what nine dollars a shrimp looks like now they also forgot other items in our order as well and every part of our order was messed up they also said the hush puppies are having to add more water because the batter is messed up

Ordered pickupnfor grampa. Still waited 25mins just to be told there were no hushpuppies (ordered extra). I asked for my money back and they claim since we ordered online they couldn't give us money back.What the heck!!!

Service is disorganized,food was cooked in old grease, hush puppies were pieces of greasy bread over cooked fish was overcooked in the same old grease the best thing was the coleslaw
