Not a fan of the meat on the Big Mac. It was a small piece, and it tastes funny. Service was poor, but the staff was having computer issues. I don't go very often. I got what I expected, but my expectations were low before I ordered.

I only customer they had. They only gave me half the food.... imagine being so pathetically incompetent that even at 17 dollars an hour, you're to dumb to be able to look at a screen and count the items and get one single order correct. They are right behind the location on Lincoln way. I will cheer when they finally close... Gyros next door has twice the variety. The service is fast friendly and always delicious. And the best part is they never make you pull forward!

D “D Rock” Rock

First off I pull up to the menu board to order and they basically yell at me a list of like seven items they didn’t have. One of them being coffee which I wanted since it was breakfast time. So I ordered a coke instead. I also ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel which is their only breakfast item I ever order there. So I get all they way home to North Liberty and open up my sandwich to it being made wrong. They put two little pieces of bacon on it! How do you get bacon out of the word steak? Avoid this location at all costs!! There’s no excuse for this I was there only customer in line so I wasn’t given the wrong order. They basically said I’m not going to make that this is what you’re getting. I’ll never spend another cent at this location. I’ve been a west sider my whole life and have seen this restaurant getting nothing but worse over the years. It will be the next location to close in South Bend. There workers don’t give a darn about their customers. Why should I care if there workers have a job? I blame this all due to poor management and inconsiderate employees. Good luck!!

Made a mobile order and went to the drive thru at around 740am. I forgot to order an iced coffee and asked if I could order it with them. The employee had the audacity to say no. She did not want to take my simple order of an iced coffee. I called for a manager and she said I'm sorry the employee didn't want to take your order, but we can make it for you if you'd like. I'm sorry, after the interaction I don't feel comfortable having anyone there make me anything because not once did I feel like I was being taken care of or heard. I told her I heard so many things about this place from past employees that have worked there and I don't feel comfortable with you making it. She said you can't go based off word of mouth, what if someone told me you were a murdered? I'm sorry, why would any MANAGER call any customer a murderer to make a point? That's a PRETTY BOLD statement "Miss Manager." If this manager is still working at this facility after she has the audacity to call me a murdered, then this McDonald's should be boycotted for having such disrespectful employees working for them.
