Got sick from the tea a few days ago. There was so much sugar in the tea that it was basically syrup. I put in a complaint and missed the call back. I tried to call back but there was no answer and at this point, I just want my money back, but I can’t get through.

Employee dropped ice scoop on the floor in front of me and picked it up and used it. About 4 employees need to be let go because 3 other people saw it and did nothing to stop it. No apology until later when the manager found out. I know gross stuff happens but right in front of customers is pretty bad. I won't ever eat there again after seeing that.

Pulled up to order at 11:55 and they shut the lights off on me instead of saying they’re closing down. Also if your website says you close at midnight, you should serve until midnight. Understand I was here right before closing, but I myself just got off work and it was supposedly the only place open for a quick bite. Disappointed.

Redid inside which is nicer. However they had 11 people working and were way behind. People having to pull around almost to the front of restaurant to wait for their flood. At one point there was 9 vehicles waiting after paying and being asked to pull up. The pop all tasted flat not enough carbonation at the self service drink station on either side. Fries were barely warm and definitely not crisp like McDonald's is known for. Waited at counter to ask for some ketchup packages for the grandkids and had 4 different employees walk right by look at me and not say anything. I asked the next employee walking by and was given a dirty look. Like it was our fault they had plenty of staff. Couldn't keep up for some reason. And them gave out average at best quality food. Lukewarm and just not good. Definitely don't recommend this location. It has went downhill.

The drink preparer had ONE job...2 out of 3 had their drinks, while I waited and extra 5 minutes for mine. And we got the food first???!!! The cashier had to go get my drink, smh. DO BETTER!!

I had a Big Mac that I think was assembled by an insane clown. It slid all over because of excess sauce and must have had 6 pickles. I hadn't been at this location for a while and won't be coming back.
