Best sushi on the south side of South Bend. The salmon sashimi is always very fresh. The lunch specials are great and all you can eat.

Everything was messed up. The drinks, the food, the checks. Also the service was not very good at all.

NOKU Bistro And Sushi Bar offers a delightful dining experience that tantalizes the taste buds and soothes the soul. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a serene ambiance and the subtle beats of popular music, setting the stage for a relaxing meal. The hostess, doubling as our waitress, was a picture of courtesy, promptly seating us and taking our drink orders. Our culinary journey began with an appetizer spread featuring the tantalizing California roll with spicy mayo and the exquisite dragon roll, complemented by the delightful crunch of lobster rangoon. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, leaving us craving for more. For our main course, we indulged in the lunch special General Tso's chicken, a culinary masterpiece that redefined our expectations of this classic dish. The perfectly balanced flavors, combined with tender chicken, made it a standout. Accompanied by hibachi fried rice, every mouthful was a journey to culinary bliss. To wash it all down, we sampled a selection of beverages, including a small sake that packed a delightful punch, and refreshing lemonade and iced tea.The atmosphere was serene, the staff attentive and kind, and the cleanliness impeccable. Our experience at NOKU Bistro And Sushi Bar left us eager to return, perhaps for the tempting all-you-can-eat option. Truly a gem worth savoring again and again.

It was super neatly decorated. I was sat relatively quick. There is poor service here, but that isn't an issue! I also wish some more options came with rice.

I ordered the Hawaiian roll and had it specially prepared so that it was not deep fried. It was very good. The Mango fruit tea is wonderful. My husband had the Red Curry and said it was good. We also ordered the Garlic Broccoli and everyone in the restaurant raved about its delicious aroma. We were very pleased and try to make this a regular monthly visit. ❤️?Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating and will try to do what they can to please the customer.

I don't agree with the policy of if a person wants all you can eat everyone has to have all u can eat. Especially when 1 person cant even eat one roll, so it's either. Penalize 1 person for penalized 2 people because they want to have all you can eat or that one person that cannot....then u charge to take home what that one person that could not eat what they were forced to order

I can't rate the food, I never got that far into dinner service. I was sat, asked my drink order, then ignored for the next 30 minutes until I walked out. I made eye contact with our waitress at least 20 times but she couldn't be bothered to help us.

Food quality is average, if you want good sushi I recommend going to Koto or Toyo for a better experience. FYI, if one of you wants the buffet option then all your party has to have it, otherwise they'll itemize your orders and charge you full price for your food.

I am absolutely shocked to find an all you can eat sushi restaurant with this level of quality when it comes to sushi. From the nigiri to the rolls, it was just spectacular. Even the dumplings and rangoons we ordered for appetizers were great! Something I also want to mention is how great the hostess was to the kids. Eventually she was making balloon animals for them and she was being just great in general. There also isn’t like a limited selection of sushi you can order. You can pretty much get whatever you want off the menu. Please do yourself a favor and eat here, bring the whole family. This place is amazing!
