Place was ok...ordered contactless curbside though and that didn't happen!!! Called and called and had to go in to get it myself, I'm glad for everyone there I didn't have covid and that I'm just an angry person who tries to avoid conflict, but here we are...thanks pizza hut for the wonderful food!!!!

Employees are nice! But! You don't always get what you pay for. Last order had 2 pieces of boneless wings that were basically little slivers. This order my two sauce cups weren't even half full, which the cups are already ridiculously small.

This place is a disgrace. Ordered pizza and breadsticks delivery for a future delivery time on the same day. They had almost 3 1/2 hours to prepare and deliver the pizza. I scheduled for 9:45 p.m. delivery (15 minutes prior to closing) and it never delivered. I'm not entirely sure why I'm surprised considering the work ethic nowadays. Having this being said, the order was paid for prior to delivery with a 20% tip included. I guess they were too bothered to deliver the pizza at the scheduled time because it was so close to closing and they had better things to do. When I called the "customer service" line, she told me to call the store. Unbeknownst to her, I had already called the store. I told her that I would be happy to wait on hold while she attempted to reach them. She came back on and said that she too was unable to reach the store. I asked her what they were going to do to compensate me. I asked her what she would do if she had ordered dinner for her children and it never showed up, she told me that she would have problems too and that she had 3 children. Again, I asked her how I would be compensated. She told me that I needed to call the store (again, no one was there to answer). Mind you, this dinner was for my significant other and I and there are no children involved here but this is a failure to deliver on goods paid. The website is still showing that the order is out for delivery. I'm sure someone got extra lucky tonight-hope they like the pizza I ordered.

Was initially upset that my order took forever to deliver, but it turned out the Dasher assigned to bring my pizza stole it, & this Hut franchise immediately made a fresh one for me & promptly delivered it. The pizza was phenomenal.

Ordered the Big New Yorker, normally no bad but this one was over cooked and looks like a toddler cut it. Had a piece that was giant and others small as can be. The guy behind the counter didn't say a word to me just grunted and slid my food to me an moved onto the next customer. I had my son with me who was excited but turned out to be disappointed. Work on your customer service

Paid extra for extra extra pork sausage to barely get any, added onions to only have 2 pieces of onion. Waste of my time and money. Pizza tasted awful was undercooked as well. Very sad experience waited over a yr to have some pizza hut to be fully disappointed

Worst pizza from a pizza hut ive ever had...UPDATE....figured id give it one more shot since ive been coming here for a while. The next pizza was even worse than the previous...both of these are hand tossed pizza. The one today is absolute paper thin and zero sauce at all...Honestly the cheapest frozen pizza on the planet wouldnt be as horribly put together. This place obviously needs new management in a hurry. Second pic is todays version of a hand tossed pizza...pathetic i paid 30 for two croutons with with cheese.

My overall experience was alright. My personal pan pizza was delicious. My cheese sticks however, they were a little dark and it seemed like there was barely any cheese on them. Had it not been for the little bit of cheese on them I would have thought they where bread sticks.

Spent $45 for 2 LG thin crust pizzas...breadstix and the new melt...paid EXTRA for sauce on one of the pizzas...didn't see it? Cuz everything was DRY and thirsty!!! I should have saved myself $40 and bought a Dijorgno...The only thing that was good...was the breadstix...reminds me why I havnt ordered from here in awhile!!! I love how the automatic response when customers complain...is exactly the same...WORD FOR WORD...AUTOMATIC RESPONSE!!!!...NOT that they will actually DO SOMETHING to fix the problem!!!
