Management was very rude. I simply was trying to get my fixed. If I'm spending over $50 dollars at a time for my employees to eat and you get wrong, 2x? I expect a little courtesy instead of getting hung up or almost getting my order thrown at me through the drive-thru window.

This happens more times than not when I attempt to go to this particular one that they tell me they are not taking orders right now.I would be firing people who don't want to work but still collect a checkMaybe send a secret upper management through to find out who keeps doing this. I'm shocked they are still open

How any business so poorly reviewed stays in business is beyond me. 2 stars only for the nice black lady that actually greeted everyone. Other than that rest of the customers looked like they were on drugs. Person was at the cash register and pretty much refused to take an order. Waved me to the self kiosk. Incompetent.

My mom went to the drive thru, same way she always does. Taco bell WAS our go to place. But when placing the order today she was talking very slow, and over pronouncing her words. She has had strokes. I was on speaker phone (because I was telling her my order) and all of a sudden there was a lady getting upset with my mom for how she was talking. I thought it was strange that someone would just jump in like that over someone just placing an order-but then I realized they were offended by the way my mom was talking to them. Iguess my mom was making them feel dumb......I tried to let the lady know I was sorry for how it sounded and that she wasn't trying to be rude, but the staff would not let go. Just continued to be rude and stated that she needed to "protect" her staff from people talking to them like they are stupid. Thank you taco bell for "protecting" your employees and leaving the customer to feel "stupid" awesome?
