I love the bread here, thats always amazing. However you could tell some of the waitresses were uncomfortable by what seemed to be a manager, his name was Chris. I also know that this specific location tends to double schedule MINORS with 10+ hour shifts, which is just cruel.

Went on my birthday (04 30 2924) party of 10,waited over an hour for a table where we all could be together, didn't happen, separated us ,even though the table was available. Gave it to a family with 3 kids, hostess was rude,she got into an argument with my granddaughter, accusing her of staring at her? Will never come back to this restaurant again. It was really borderline discrimination! I did enjoy my food..need to train your workers to be more understanding and kinder.

Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and likable server Emily(sp?) Waited on us and made us feel like we have been going to that location for years, even with the FTGuy clip on our table haha. Nick, the manager, even stopped by to say hello and make sure we were enjoying our visit. Our food was the best cooked and tasting food we have eaten during our 5-day trip, hats off to the back of the house as well!! If we are ever in South Bend again, we definitely will be coming back to eat here!

Service was superb and the so was the food. We were not rushed and our waitress was absolutely Fantastic, I only wish I knew her name to give her proper credit. She made our visit that much more enjoyable. I wish more people understood that the servers attitude is what makes customers want to come back to establishments such as this. We were from out of town and if I am ever back in town I will probably go back just in hopes to have the same server and service as before. Thank you.

Very busy. Our waitress did a good job but she was very very busy. And I was slightly frustrated to see people workers just standing at their little area talking while a few other waitresses just ran crazy. Those people standing there talking could have assisted with refills or picking up dirty dishes from other tables. I watched them just stand there for almost 10 mins. But the food was cooked very well. And our waitress was good.
My road kill was so salty I couldn't eat it all. The manager said that she would fix the bill. When I got the bill nothing got done. I told the waitress 2 times. She just ignored me.

We had a party of 9.. 4 adults.. 2 teens.. 2 children.. my boyfriend and I ordered the prime rib good flavor BUT 1/2 our steak was pure fat.. we both know prime rib has fat but this was more then usual so we were bummed about that .. otherwise service from Stephanie was top notch!!!
