I got lunch here with a friend of mine and neither of us were particularly impressed. All of the employees were nice, but I think the food is overpriced, pretty bland/just tasting off, and the water 100% tasted like pond water. We shared an appetizer, and each got a meal, and it was $30 per person. We got the cheesy bread which was basically just an overpriced personal pan pizza with way too much cheese. You also only get once sauce, if you want another it's $1, on top of an already almost $13 mini pizza. The waitress was fairly attentive, but when she checked us out at our table with a little credit card machine, she had already selected the tip amount, at 20%. We were able to change it if we wanted to, but I felt like that wasn't the right way to go about it. It was nice that we could sit outside, but I wouldn't go here again.

Great atmosphere, but the food was just ok. We were served our appetizers and meal at the same time. I would not have ordered an app if I had known that. Our server was MIA after we ordered our first drinks. Staff was very friendly, but not attentive at all. Just an ok experience, but enjoyed our friends that we met there. Won't go back.

What a clean, comfortable, friendly place! The pulled pork nachos were absolutely delicious as well as the breadsticks. Fries were tasty and crisp, the burger was a little more well done than I’d like it to be but still good and were generous with the jalapeños, yum! Christina G. was friendly and helpful with suggestions on food and drinks. Looking forward to coming back here!Parking: Private parking lot, street parking and designated motorcycle parking in the private lot.Kid-friendliness: We brought our kiddos this visit and it is kid friendly, great simple options for my little one, kids menu to keep occupied.Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair accessible from parking lot all the way getting into the restaurant and throughout the facility.
I took my two best friends out to dinner, and I wasn’t gonna pay for the dinner and I didn’t but I was going to pay for their dessert and then we got a discount because this gorgeous amazing lady named liane c she gave me a discount on my friends birthdays deserts and I’m now in love with her and want to marry her I think she’s my soulmate.

Food was excellent and our server was prompt and friendly. Been a long time fan of Big Woods and it never disappoints!
service was poor. there was one large group that received the servers' attention. 3 times, we had to ask a different server to ask our server to stop by the table. Food order was incorrect and server argued with us but eventually corrected. we can overlook slow service when a restaurant is SRO, sadly this was not the case. Will not go back
