Rundown plaza, did not know if BWW was open. Very dirty. Clean your menus, wipe down bar, glasses are dirty. Do not recommend. It’s a shame as it’s in walking distance from a nice hotel.

This restaurant absolutely sucks.They tried to overcharge me on multiple occasions. My order was incorrect. They refuse to well cook my wings..I also had a dry rub that they simply splashed across the top of the wings.The waitress was rude. I’ve been a Buffalo Wild Wings member for quite some time and will never ever return to this one again.Sad part about it is I’ve been coming to this Buffalo over the last 15 years and has seen it slowly decrease as far as customer service and food service.

My husband and I were in the mood for some good wings and onion rings. We usually order for the Avon location but they were out of Onion rings, so we ordered from the Speedway location. The wings were terrible! They were grisly and my husband couldn't even eat them. I asked for extra Sauce, on the side, which I didn't get. I will never order from here again!

The entire visit was great our server Andrea was awesome she was covering the entire place. Her customer service was impressive and she is very personable. She interacted with the children and she is bilingual will definitely return thanks for the great visit ☝️?
I gave the service a three star because the waitress was polite, however the rest of the staff and whoever was cooking on the night of 03/23/2024 was FOCUSED on closing early. The food was over cooked and dry. They held the food until it all got done and several of the people in my party of 10 people were not satisfied. Whoever was the manager that night and whoever is the General Manager should not be anymore. They clearly don’t care. The employees seem to run the show and the leaders either agree or approve of the mediocre work the employees give the customers. My family and I didn’t deserve this type of treatment as we were traveling and stopped at the nearest what we thought was decent restaurant to eat.Constructive criticism:1) If you don’t want to work until 1am, don’t work the night shift.2) BWW, get some employees and managers that give a damn.3) Fire everyone on staff at this store immediately and start over. Like cancer, the lazy, don’t give a damn mentality has spread too far throughout the body of the staff. The only thing left is death or this particular establishment losing profits until the point BWW closes it’s doors.We were gone by 12:15am. They were half closed and continued closing when we came in at 10:45pm.??This Buffalo Wild Wings has been by far, one of the worst franchise or corporate locations I’ve dealt with. Top five easy.

My experience here at Buffalo Wild Wings was not at it best. Wings was small food is like it was sitting under a light. It was not crowded for the food to be what it was. The waitress she was coo with a good attitude friendly. The people in the back were like they weren't in the mood to cook to satisfied the customer.
Speedway is the worst bws there always over cooking the wings and they have a saucy santana manager that argues with you when you let them know hey on Tuesday yah are serving fried Rats I'm done with this sub-standard food they don't care about there service to us ppl but I know yah DAM sho be looking for yo pay check ps stop giving ppl all them Dam legs

Went at noon and only a few customers. Saw 2 employees. Drinks served in 5 minutes and after 20 no one came for our order. I had to go find a server. Will not return to this place.
