If i get chicago’s pizza, i typically go to the plainfield one. I was in speedway and stopped by at this location. Ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. Got in the car and checked and i instantly thought they got it wrong. Looked like an all cheese pizza. I thought ‘okay not a big deal, they just need to add some pepperoni.’ I go in and explain to them that my order was wrong. Customer service was 0/10. They looked at me like i was dumb and took the pizza without saying anything. i hear them ask the cook if it was right and they give it back to me ( have to add they had an attitude) and said “ there’s pepperoni” i said where? and they said it’s under. I said it looks like there’s 4 pepperonis total. Left and heard them talking about me as i was walking out. Lesson learned: don’t go to chicagos pizza in speedway if you want a poor quality order and rude service.

Great staff and service at this location. Placed large party (9 jumbo) order for pickup 30m after opening. Pizzas were ready early and steaming hot. 2 additional were added when I arrived and they quickly baked and got me out the door. Will return again.

The food was delicious. The prices were good.They have a nice variety of menu items. A nice salad bar. I only wish with the sandwiches you had the option for bbq chips vs. just regular chipsI gave 4 stars for the service and atmosphere. We ate inside and over half the tables were dirty, stacked with dirty dishes, high chairs etc. The service wasn't all that good either. The cashier finally popped her head around the corner from chatting it up with others in the back. Took out her earbuds. She was stretching, yawning, playing with her hair while taking our order. The young lady that brought us our food, however, was very nice and friendly and brought us everything we needed. Our first time here, we will definitely visit again and would recommend it. They just need to step it up with service and keep the dining room and tables cleanParking: Strip mall parking.Kid-friendliness: High chairs. Kids menu.

Definitely one of my favorite pizza places. The food gets out in a pretty good and timely manner, but sometimes it's not exactly what you were thinking....... but still one of my favorite places.
