SO GROSS! Garbage (in bags) everywhere. The showers are white with soap scum and I stood in 3" of water due to a drainage issue. Now I've seen a lot of truck stops where it's mostly truckers that mess it up, throwing garbage everywhere but this is IN bags spilling all over. The truck parking area is lined with it. It looks like the truckers did their part by putting the garbage in/next to the cans but the employees were just too lazy to pick it up. This is a ONE stop for me. s

This Flying J location always makes for an ok stop. It is not the best, but not bad. It is a typical flying J travel center with the usual convenience items.I have been here a few times and always friendly staff. This visit was for gas and a restroom break. We picked up some not so healthy junk food and drinks too and then back on the road.I use a fleet card at times for work and wanted to mention that if you do, those are prepay inside and not at the pumps. It's always an ordeal as you go in, leave your ID and card, then pump gas, and go back in, etc.

If I could give zero stars I would. Restrooms are disgusting with urine and fecal matter everywhere and the employees don't seem to care about having Hyde in either because the lady behind the counter had really bad body odor. This place has trash everywhere. If you can, skip it and go somewhere else. The employees and management team are very rude so don't expect food customer service either. I can't believe I wasted my time stopping here

Always clean, Always stocked with whatever you need, I always stop there on my way to and from Indianapolis and Richmond as it's pretty much halfway between the two. Very nice property and staff.
Showers are disgusting need to do better , seems like they were stained moldy and insanitary. They should have someone check up on the condition of the showers

Henry is a rock star!!! Super great customer service and did it with a great attitude and a big smile!! Got the chance to change my pizza as they were bringing it out. No problem he said. That's what I want to hear after a long week of driving. Not just another no. Sorry!! A real gentle soul and a friendly person is not easy to find in this day and time. Especially when they are busy as bees. Glad I stopped. Now....I gotta stop typing and start eating!!! Thanks Henry!!!

This place is dirty and had a horrible mask policy. Despite having signs up on the doors and inside, most customers were either not wearing masks at all or wearing them incorrectly. Staff at the front counter doing the same thing - no masks at all or wearing incorrectly.
