I will NEVER patronize this store EVER AGAIN!!Ordered 3 sandwiches, 1 of them tuna. Dropped it off at home and left immediately because of needing to be somewhere in a hurry. Long story short,wife texted me on the road, and informed me they forgot to put tuna on it. So I promptly called them and informed them of their mistake, and was asked by the manager to "bring it back" so they could "verify". When I told him that was impossible because I wasn't at the house, and that I would be coming by tomorrow to get another sandwich made, he said that "he couldn't do that, unless they SAW the sandwich. I again tried to reason that it was impossible. He wasn't budging. Show sandwich, or no remake, or..and get this NO REFUND! I will be having it out with the owner tomorrow.I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE IN SULLIVAN AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES TO BOYCOTT THIS RESTAURANT!!!

The night manager is extremely rude and rushes you through ordering at the drive through. If I heard "will that be all" once I heard it a hundred times just trying to order 3 sandwiches. However the young man that gave my food was much more pleasant.

Ordered on the mobile app. Lady at the window tried to only give us half of the order. Then when we told her we also ordered a cookie she threw her hands up and they said there was nothing they could do. After complaining we got a hand written voucher which I highly doubt will

Me and the husband went to subway last night I got a footlong pizza sub like I aways do and I always get mozzarella cheese on it when I told the person what kind of cheese I wanted he said it was going to cost 1.50 extra I thought the. Here comes on it and then he ask me how do you make it like he didn't know hiw to make it like are you kidding me right

Go in order a pizza sub and the kid behind the counter asked us how do you make that. So tell him pizza sauce mozzarella cheese his stops and says it will cost $1.50 more for that cheese. That cheese is part of the sub will not be back there

Can never get a simple order right. You tell them light and they load it. It’s annoying and they need to do better. Take time and make the sandwiches the way they are explained. Ridiculous I get all the way home and have to go back because they simply don’t know how to read. Do better. Take time. And do it right. Simple as that.

Best subway experience of my life, got my favorite pizza sub with fresh mozzarella and whatnot. Incredible service, walked down there cuz my family was gonna get Burger King and I’m not putting up with that abuse and the two workers there were super chill and nice. Sandwich was great as always. Septum piercing girl and long hair guy need a RAISE!!!!!!!

They have never been able to get my order right. I can't have mayo and ask for no mayo but I get it any way. Ask for banana peppers and they are added to a different sandwich. I have always used the drive-thru but I am going to have to go in because they can't get the order right.
Worst Subway I've been to. Drive thru was hard to get through and the food was just bad.

completely amazed at the lack of professionalism. i don't know what was worse. the laziness, sheer disrespect , or the fact the food made not only me sick but my business partner. will be the last time I ever walk through the door. between the sickly food, lazy people, poor management and Jared fogle it's truly astonishing that this business is still allowed to operate. If you value your time away from a toilet I suggest not giving this business anymore of your money. Run em outta town. What an absolute disgrace.

Just spent $48 on 3 foot long meals. I made the comment to staff that for that price they should be serving us the food to us at the table. Had an extra $2 for avacodo on one - could literally see the bread through as it was that thin. The diet Coke dispenser sprayed everywhere and the cashier did go get it filled from the back one. You would be better off going to a regular restaurant for that price.

Their hours say till 10:00PM but we got there just a few minutes past 9pm and doors were locked and the girl sweeping the floor just looked at us. Will just go else where since they cant be bothered to do their job or stay opened till closing time.
