Everytime I order from here there's always at least one thing messed up. This time I ordered a blizzard with extra pieces and I got less than normal. It was pretty much a milk shake.

My wife and I went to this dq to get an ice cream for our anniversary on Sunday afternoon. I ordered a blizzard and my wife got a dilly bar. The employee's were running around not knowing how to act! No one knew what to do! I would have fired most of them! I can't believe they let their employee's act like this. This is a poor excuse for a dq!!!

Hannah is a very special girl at the Syracuse DQ store.I had forgotten to order a birthday cake and unfortunately DQ does not deliver. But Hannah went above and beyond and helped me get on door dash and order a birthday cake to be delivered. Door dash doesn't allow for special occasion writing to be put on cakes, but Hannah, AGAIN, wrote down a special message to place on the cake. GO HANNAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Gave us salty blizzards that were horrible and didn’t want to give us new ones and gave them to the wrong person the first time and the manager has a horrible attitude towards me and didn’t believe that we didn’t get all of our food and said we were just trying to get free stuff like bro we aren’t like that and he really hurt my emotions so just know not to go in there with high hopes and expectations of the food being good because they can’t make anything to save there lives

Love how much pride they take in the store. Always have it decked out. Staff is always friendly and food it good too.
Had to pull forward and wait for 18 minutes. Fries were so salty they couldn’t be eaten. Sandwich was cold and bbq strips were hot.Ice cream was on point. Staff was super kind and very sweet.We did go back and things are a little better tonight. I think it’s newer staff and a learning process. Lots of new faces.

Dirty tables, my fiance got the triple cheese burger meal. Only had 2 patties cooked 1. 3piece chicken strip meal , and his cheese curls was set on counter while cooking hamburger. My meal didn't have the texas toast. Only thing that was hot was the gravy. Everything eles cold and old. Never received my hot fudge Sunday that came w/meal. Talk about an waste of 20.00 Usually don't eat fast food. Now I remember why... It sucks!!!!

Why do I have to beg for a straw with my milkshake? Also, management screaming at the employees so loud customers in the drive thru can hear it isn’t a very good look either. Keeping it trashy instead of classy, I see.
