I always get good service here, & fast

If I could leave zero stars I would. First off, the drive through service was awful. Snatched my card out of my hand without saying a word and at the second window damn near shoved the food in my face without saying a word. Then to realize it wasn’t even the right food made me even more irate.

Everytime I goto this place, they aren’t open and I see the workers inside and some taking smoke break. Even when it says they’re open however doors are locked and they act like they don’t see you.

Slowslowslow.Flat Diet Coke, bad tasting too… no hope for this place…No curb appeal, we drove by at first, looked abandoned.—Months later, went again. Filthy tables, filthy floors, filthy tables, filthy windows, clogged urinals.Left without ordering anything. This place has gone down hill. Lanes sometimes don't work. Don't have large cups. Ice cream machine isn't cleaned so they say. LOOK at this tea! It's colored water. Have just a bit of quality control. How could this ever go out the door?

Me and my husband went here at night and the person at the second window when we were getting the food he was very rude he didn’t say anything to us and he kept slamming the window. Also our food was cold and not cooked all the way.

Stood at counter for 20-30 minutes waiting to just pay for my food when they weren’t even that busy then waited even longer for my food! Manager on duty ignored the customers in lobby. If I could give them no stars that’s exactly what they would get from my family. Let alone no hairnets and no gloves DISGUSTING! ?

The morning staff is always rude. They don’t pay attention when ordering so orders are rarely ever right.I’ve been given burnt bagels, ordered iced lattes and been given hot lattes with no ice in a plastic cup instead, coffee tastes old, I’ve been given sausage burritos with hard shells that tell me they’re at least a day old.I’ll be going elsewhere from now on

Terrible food and terrible service. Stood in line for 12 minutes before I went through drive thru then got nasty food. Don’t waste your time. I once ordered on the mobile app only to get here and the place had locked the door and had no way of getting my food. They never gave me back my money.

Worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. I did the mobile app since they were pretty busy. After noticing that all of the cars in the drive-thru were getting through pretty quickly and they didn't seem to be serving anyone else, I went in to see if I could get my food. They were short-staffed and there was no way for me to cancel my order. After being ignored for quite a while, along with the teenagers who were also just waiting for their food, I finally spoke up and asked if they were just serving the drive-thru. The lady said she was just training and she didn't know what to tell me. I told her I just wanted to know how to get in the queue since they seemed to be only serving drive-thru people and there was no way to cancel my order. After a long verbal exchange where I finally had to ask her to engage the lady behind the food line who had obviously been there a while, the lady finally said "her bagel is sitting right there." She then told me that I could come back the next day for a discount. I said ok, so am I not getting a bagel? No answer. I asked again, ignored again. I finally yelled out, excuse me! Am I not getting a bagel then bc I just heard her say that the bagel is sitting right there. One of the guys behind the counter said "look, my mom said come back tomorrow for a discount". I said, the bagel is sitting right there, just hand me the bagel! His "mom" finally told him to hand me the bagel and get me out of there. He literally threw the bagel on the counter and it was the worst bagel ever. cold, stale, barely slopped together. if you can't service your customers, CLOSE THE DOORS. At one point she told me order online, she doesn't know what to tell me. That's what I did!!!Parking: worst place ever

Even though I can walk there in less than 2 minutes. I'll drive 5 minutes to go somewhere else that actually cares about customers. They couldnt careless.
