Syracuse Cafe is the real deal. I had a smoked pork chop for lunch that was PERFECT. Could not be better. Slice and eat. My colleagues had the tenderloin that was amazing. It was twice the size of the bun. And. They served a cole slaw made by the local Amish community. Also. The service was pleasant and personal. Thank you to everyone!

Can't really speak to the food. Wanted to try it a few weeks ago but since they don't take plastic we went elsewhere. That in itself wasn't a issue. I figured the next time I'm close I'd just grab some cash.On our way out it was explained they didn't take plastic because they were country.Parked outside was a BMW, a Mercedes SUV and a few brand new pickups.So the idiot that felt a need to proclaim they are a country establishment may WA to consider who actually eats there.

Been going to this place for 30years. Went other day at 1:15 and closed sign was hanging. Entered to meet friend who had ordered and was eating my and found a plate of food on table that they told my friend was what was available because they were closed even though they post open till 1:30. With that I was told that the plate on the table was what was available for me and wife to eat because they wanted to close. We left to a very loud and huffy owner. Nothing new.
