I went through the drive through then found my order was wrong. So I had to go in and it was somewhat chaotic and unorganized. My order wast the only one incorrect. Some staff were helpful in trying to get order correct. And on the end I get my correct burger with dried up crusty buns. McDonald’s you are always uping your prices but not the quality of your food
Today was my first time using the kiosk for ordering and paying for food. Kim, the friendly employee, saw me and could tell I was needing help. She asked if she could help me and I said yes. Kim is a good instructor. I'm confident I will get my order on my own next time. I had a Filet O Fish, Crispy chicken, 2 apple pies and an ice coffee. It was all good. I waited 15 minutes for curbside. Watched 2 orders arrive after me and leave with their orders. My order was finally brought out and it was a single sandwich. (I ordered 4 sandwiches) so she went back inside to fix my order. Another 5 minutes I went inside and stood there my food was sitting in a bag the whole time ??♀️
