it's expensive for sure but the food is well above average despite being a regular burger kinda place. Hearty, filling and delicious. they are amazingly accommodating to any desires you may have. While wait times can take a bit longer than most it levels out when you look at the sheer volume of customers they handle at any given moment. it can be a gathering spot for many kinds of people. There's always conversation and pleasant interactions however I do dock it a star because the amount of employees present when you first come in can be wildly intimidating especially when they greet you so enthusiastically.Dietary restrictions: They serve gluten free variations of almost all of their foodsParking: The parking lot is somewhat limited in spaces but they are wide so vehicles of almost any size can park but being adjacent to Meijer this includes access for much larger vehicles and partiesKid-friendliness: Kids always seem to have a good time here even my own. There's always an overabundance of workers ready to greet you take your order and bring it to you. Unlike other restaurants that were not even for sure what we're eating there but it Culver's you can taste the beef many other food options other than cheeseburgers I definitely recommend
Can't get an order correct. Chicken tenders over cooked only ate 2, the sandwich wasn't close to right. Service was slow. When you have this happen on a regular basis, you just give up and move on.

Ordered online for curb pickup. Food did not have the toppings as ordered, mushroom & Swiss was on burnt toast instead of bun, cheese curds were not fresh, and got a diet coke instead of regular coke. Very disappointed in overall order quality compared to the normal service we receive.
