Was at a catered party and was there for him to set up food. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was truly good. The salad and dressing was perfect. Colorful and dressing was a blend of ranch and Ceasar in flavor. Meats were wonderful. Roasted potatoes were some of the best I've had. Veggies were seasoned just right.
Kris Kraut catered for a birthday dinner that we hosted and it was fabulous! It was so easy to communicate with him. He is pleasant and very professional. He was on time and the presentation of the food was excellent. The food was way more than we could have expected, fresh and tasted as good as it looks! Not a single guest left without asking who made the food. We will definitely use his service again! Highly recommended!

Today was our lucky day! We arrived on a Saturday, the first day this season they're offering lunch on that day. We were looking for something healthy and delicious as we passed through Terre Haute and this cafe fit the bill 100%.
