I always get the famous bowl. It’s my absolute favorite. This location just gave me the driest hardest chicken ever and one single chicken that I couldn’t even get to chew it was so mushy like it was raw. Worst fast food experience ever. Even while ordering my single thing the guy asked is that all in a rude manner. I am not coming back to this location. Will stick to the one down south.

Horrible customer service and impossible to work with. They frequently send out the wrong product and will openly refuse to make your mobile order until the computer tells them it's time. All around bad service, not worth the money or time.

Placed an online order. At 630 pm went at 709 to pick up the order. I was told they didn’t have the chicken made and couldn’t make it because the manager would be mad at them for making it this late. Then on my way out a door dasher said it was a known issue that man who I believe was named Thomas that he cancels or denies orders. I ask for a refund when I placed the order online and he said I had to call the kfc 1800 number and there was nothing he could do about it. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Denied my order because they didn’t want to make the manager angry for making chicken so late and then couldn’t help in store with my refund. If it’s such a known issue why hasn’t it been resolved???

We drove to KFC twice in the same week only to be told at the drive thru both times that the wait was going to be 45 minutes for ANYTHING we ordered. We are sympathetic for the worker that told us this, but twice in the same week? Look, we just think if you have limited staff in the kitchen-- management needs to do something about it. Instead customers are being told right when they drive up that food isn't readily available. We weren't the only vehicle driving off. Guess jokes on us though right?

The workers here on Lafayette KFC went above and beyond my expectations to give great service. Treated me so kindly even though I showed up pretty late. Lovely service and was so so kind to my kids and I. Food was great too, even for it being close to closing time ? thank you guys, will be back again!

Terrible service. Come there on a snowy day with one car that was there before us and an empty parking lot. We paid $30 for a 5 count tender and a number 11. They had us pull up and wait for our food and still gave us the wrong stuff. I’m diabetic and asked for unsweet tea and they gave me sweet. Asked for Starry and instead of them replacing the box of syrup in the back they said they were out. I have half of a serving of green beans in my container. We have two fries but those are half way filled too. They gave us ONE SAUCE for each meal. We called about the sauce and other issues and they told us a larger count meal still gets one sauce per meal and then hung up on me. Waste of money and time. Terrible service through and through. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I used to love KFC. But anymore it's cheaper to go to a decent restaurant. When fast food prices surpass regular restaurant prices, it's a no brainer to eat elsewhere. That and the sides are so tiny and overpriced it's ridiculous. I used to eat KFC all the time. I haven't had it in 6 years or so before trying it tonight. I felt like I was violated when I saw my order. Never eating KFC again til they fix their ridiculous prices.
This has to be the worst restaurant ever. Every time I go in there they tell me they don't have anything to sell. They have no chicken no biscuits no Sprite I asked them why are you even open. Told the manager someone should get fired.

This store is ridiculous. They always mess your order up in the drive thru. They are slow and usually rude. The manager obviously doesn't care. The last time I went it was the same issue. Plus the last time my husband went he was complaining of the same thing. I had said i was not going to go back. My husband wanted to go today.. and against my better judgment we went. It was the same Ole thing! They had us pull up, which was fine, brought out food out, and forgot our drinks, the young lady went back to get them and we checked our food of course it was wrong. When she came back with our drinks, we let her know it was wrong, and we were not rude about it... she flip around ans walked away as if she didn't hear us.. and i said excuse me! And she flipped back around said very rudely Im going to fix it! Which just set me off.. if she would have just said i will take care of it or whatever i would have known she was going to fix it. No more! I will go to the Brazil location or south possibly.. but won't be back to the north store.
