This is my preferred McDonald's in terre haute, fast and friendly 5/5 on service. 3/5 on food because it's McDonald's while it's nice to get what's expected it can't be beyond blatantly mediocre. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant 4/5

This place has gone down hill despite the pay increase. The restroom had not been cleaned, the portion sizes are getting to be ridiculously small, the food was handed to me at the counter and hardly warm but I had to get back to work quickly and couldn't wait for fresher food to be remade. The guy shoved the bag to me and rushed away before I could even ask him for my cup to get my drink. Lettuce for the tiny McChicken was wilted and brown. Not worth going there anymore. Costs too much to get so little and I don't eat much.

McDonald's has went downhill so much that one of their biggest fans growing up which was me is now no longer a fan due to their nasty food and it cost just as much as expensive food if you're going to take your family out somewhere I recommend just going somewhere and spending a little bit more money because you're spending about just as much as you would going to Culver's or someplace like B-Dubs or show mes. Also almost every employee has an attitude with the customers and I was always taught the customer was always right. But today McDonald's don't care about the customer because they let their employees treat the customer like the customer isn't right and also good luck trying to afford a meal for you and your family under $20. McDonald's has went down so far that it cost way too much for their nastiness. But hey their french fries are still good..... Most of the time.....

I really think this McDonald's unplugs their specialty drink machines when it's cold out. It's just really convenient that it doesn't ever work when people actually want these coffees but it works every summer. And the number one reason I believe this is because I literally just heard an employee say they are so happy that these snobby ladies can't come and ruin their Drive times. Do better McDonald's
