Amazing experience super kid- friendly with how low their stools are really bright environment not like other McDonald's ive seen super dark. Staff is always amazing when I go lol know all their names almost overnight team and dinner team the best always a smooth experience and awesome food. I know its just McDonald's but they don't mess up my food here at all I really do appreciate it. Sometimes people are in a rush just glad I can rely on McDonald's east for fast and super kind employees. ????also online app helps out here i save like usually 5 or so bucks. I use this McDonald's almost daily whenever I'm at work, not only is it less than 2 miles from my building, but it's also (in my opinion) the BEST McDonald's in Terre Haute. I frequently use the mobile app but I usually go through the drive-thru to get my food at any McDonald's I visit because I've found that I get better quality food than if I use the curbside option (which usually takes forever at most other McDonald's) but this one is by far THE BEST because I never have an issue with my food being cold or wrong (especially whenever I customize my order) from the drive-thru, the counter, and curbside service. Plus they're super good and speedy about getting your order to you in a timely manner.I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS McDONALD'S TO ANYONE WHO WANTS HOT AND FRESH FOOD!!!!!!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could

I go here ALL the time. The food is good, even if the freeze machine is down sometimes. And then employees are all so nice. My friend spilled her fries all over the floor of her car when we were waiting for the rest of our food and the lovely woman at the window replaced them for her. I love this location.
I sat at this location for 2.5 hours while waiting for my son to finish at an event. I was able to get work done using the amazing internet. The staff was amazing. I ordered food via the app for table service. They brought it to me and even asked to refill my drink. An older gentleman came around a few times to take my trash. The food was good but the selling point was the great staff and clean environment.

The quality of the food??? It's McD's. But this is the only one in town that almost always has it fresh and right. The people are friendly here also. Not common at the other stores in town. I drive out of my way to get breakfast here only because of the friendly staff and the accuracy of the orders.

Not too many issues. Drive thru usually runs pretty smooth considering how busy they get. But the food can be thrown together very sloppy.
