Went thru drive thru, and I had to wait on two small chicken sandwiches. Bun tasted burnt. Sandwiches did not taste fresh at all.

Started off strong. Got my order taken and all the way up to the second window within 5 minutes (unheard of at this establishment). They then asked me to pull forward for my meal. Sure! I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes. I pull forward and about 1 minute later, a lady in a blue shirt leans out the second window and shoos at me like a dog telling me to move forward. Rude. Then I wait 10 minutes for my meal, just to reach in the bag and feel that my sandwiches were cold and my burritos weren’t cooked all the way (which is really hard to undercook considering they put them in a microwave oven for 1-2 minutes). Personally, if you’re thinking of stopping at this one, don’t. Just go a few miles up the road to the one on poplar.

Ordered curbside checked bags to make sure everything was there and was missing a large fry. No big deal I was still there so I was able to get it but when I got home to actually eat my husband's and I Bacon dbl quarter pounder had no bacon on it.
Took forever to get through the line in drive-thru and then when I got my order I drove away and got home and realized it was the wrong order the sandwiches had everything on them when I ordered them

I'm a dasher and if you order delivery, just know they do not acknowledge us. Not sure why they have a to-go rack when they never use it. I've watched bags sit on the counter ready to go while we're all waiting but no one around to hand it over. They aren't going to be hot by the time we reach you because McDonald's let it sit for 10+ minutes without a heat lamp or anything. The people are nice, they just don't get paid enough to care so I kinda get it.

They mess my order up every time I go there how hard is it to NOT PUT on a big Mac when it's ordered without it.
