Got a bad vibe today from the guy making the food when I asked if I could have the onion on the side. He said nothing, rolled his eyes, and threw onions in a cup, tossed it on my salad, turned away. There were only two customers in the whole place, not like he was overworked. The woman beside him mouthed, Sorry. Decided not to ask why the soup was not hot. ?

What happened to Panera? It used to maintain Fresh food standards with high standards in service. Now they are using processed ingredients (i.e. real eggs vs "liquid eggs") and charging more for less quantity. Also, charging to substitute a bread for a bread is ridiculous. Whoever bought this company should be ashamed of their greedy changes; and based off their slower traffic they seemed to be more successful prior to these changes. They even changed the tea...why? I would go in for their fresh brewed tea, that were properly kept in stainless containers that were cleaned nightly; but now they're using plastic containers that cycle the same liquid for who knows how long.This is no longer a fresh ingredient cafe.This used to be an amazing option for quick dining...I can no longer support their changes.We want the Original Panera/St Louis Bread Co back!

I ordered chicken salad on sourdough bread. I literally had about 2 tablespoons of chicken salad!! With a drink it was $13!!! I didn't even eat the bread. It had so much lettuce on it. Terrible.

We have been to this Panera probably 3-4 times in the last 15 months or so. They just don't get it. The food is fine, pretty much what you'd expect. But the seating area is always a MESS! I have done their survey (on the receipt like every other restaurant has), but something isn't sinking in with their management team.

Love their selection of tea coffee and pastry. Their breakfast soufflés are great. Love the unlimited sip club. Saves a lot of money. Just wish they took out the no unturned sign. Hard to get into.
