Hi, I come to this location pretty often. The staffing here are considered a bunch of careless people, they don’t even make your order until you get to the window (considering there’s 4 people in the kitchen always when I’m here), the workers go missing half the time and it takes 10-15 minutes just for an order of a drink and sandwich. And they are so careless they once left me sitting in drive thru for 24 MINUTES because they forgot to hand my food out….and I was the ONLY ONE IN LINE!! If anyone reads this I would say not to come and eat here!

Didn't get half of my food, what I did get wasn't good at all. There was chili dumped all over my garlic parm fries. Absolutely terrible food and service on this last visit. Very disappointed, I used to love Rally's and this location used to be very reliable.
The line was 30 minutes with two people ahead of me! It was horrible. After we finally ordered the food was cold.

The actual worst fast food place I’ve ever been to. The incompetence here is unparalleled. Place was empty, ordered 2 meals and they managed to forget an entire meal. Then went back up to get it and it was wrong.. charged me for a triple, charged me for extra pickle. Asked for no tomato, got tomato, no pickles, and a double instead of a triple. The girl working the window joked that they take tips so I gave her a $5 tip and they still managed to completely mess it up. You’d probably have better luck at McDonald’s.
