make sure you get a receipt. i spent $28 for a big buford. baconzilla, 2 large fries, 2 rally burgers. i got 2 cheese burgers and a double cheese burger and 2 fries and the receipt was not in the bag or taped to it. the manager was an assclown with an attitude. check your order BEFORE you pull away from drive through and make sure it is correct and they included the receipt as they will refuse to do anything even if they screwed you by not providing the receipt.

I haven't been in a Rally's for a long time, mainly because I was a Manager for them for several years, kind of got tired of eating the food. When I walked in this particular one, it was filthy, cold, and overall not in very good condition. The woman running the drive thru made me wait until all of the cars in the drive thru had their orders taken. The food was not bad, not as good as I remember, but passable. From what I could see through the window, the inside looked as bad as the walk up area. The owner/manager should be ashamed, and should take more pride in the way their restaurant is handled.

They gave me uncooked food, my burger was cold, fries was nasty. Called and asked them for a replacement meal for the next day cause I work out of town and couldn’t come back and she says yes. Went in for my replacement meal they say they can’t do it cause I don’t have the original meal to give back. Horrible policy to have and the worker never mentioned that. Manager is rude also.
