Service is terrible. All the Real Hacienda restaurants in Terre Haute are the same. Terrible service. If you're wait staff is not going to check on customers or refill their drinks or offer to-go boxes, at least give them the check when your bring the food so they can leave when they get done eating instead of being held hostage trying to find their waiters. Waitstaff has always been the unfriendliest bunch of people. The woman who brings the chips and salsa has had a stick up her bum for years. Food has no flavor to speak of. We only eat here as a sort of emergency if we've been busy all day in Terre Haute and need sustenance, but luckily that's only a few times a year. If there were better options in Terre Haute, we'd eat elsewhere. The food quality doesn't reflect their price increases.

the service was TERRIBLE. we got sat and were waiting on a third person to arrive. we wanted to order some queso and more drinks while we waited. no one came and checked on us and we couldn't get anyone to pay attention to us. at this time the crowd had died down so they weren't very busy. once we finally got someone's attention 15 mins later he couldn't understand what we wanted which is fine language barrier but we were ordering queso and a water so. the restaurant itself isn't bad looking. pretty clean but kinda small. food was okay queso wasn't hot and was rubbery almost. took forever to get a refill on chips

The food used to be very consistent. However, now the food comes out COLD, uncooked, and sometimes not even what you asked for. The queso quality control has to improve, never in my life should I receive cold, chunky queso right after ordering it! Disappointing to say the least, my girlfriend and I used to really enjoy this place.

This is my favorite Mexican location to go to in Terre haute. They have a really good value for the food you get and the environment is always very friendly. The service is excellent and the waiters are always very kind. I've had no complaints eating at this location and I have done it multiple times.

The food did not have any flavor. I got the fish tacos and the didn't have any taste besides the hot sauce I added to it. My child liked his bean burrito.The water tasted funny.The waiter was alright.The atmosphere is cute.
