Rude employees & Rude manager on evening shift. Food was supposed to be toasted. All subs were cold and horrible. Even meatball sub was cold. I will never eat at this location again.

I used to be a big fan of subway, that was before eating there tonight. I live according to Google 2.8 miles away, my girlfriend picked up 3 footlong subs, all 3 subs were on stale bread, my meatball sub was cold, and when I say cold I mean out of the refrigerator cold even after being toasted, the lettuce on all the subs looked like ledtover scraps from a decent restaurant. Overall the One Nine (Pilot) Subway sucks and has ruined my appetite for subway for quite awhile. Clearly the people here don't care about quality, they can slice their own meat, grow their own vegetables, make their own bread, etc. but it really doesn't matter if their people don't care.

The lady working on the night of 12/4/23 was extremely rude. Made me wait 10 minutes in the lobby before she came out of the back. Sloppily put my sandwich together, and refused to print me off a receipt when I asked for one because the printer was out of paper when there was clearly more paper behind her. Very disappointed and will not return.

Tonya and Zach both served me today. They were both very rude. Zach said “I just give up today. I’m done.” He put my sandwhich together very rudely. I asked tonya if I could have a cookie with my meal. She said no. I asked well can I eat my sandhwich then come back and get it afterwards? She stated no. It takes longer than ten minutes for them to cool. I’m not allowed to serve it to you. No “I’m sorry” she didn’t offer up any chips to me, didn’t smile. They were both very rude.

Food is rarely correct, service is pretty slow and their hours are wrong online and then you call in and they tell you how late they are open but then they close like an hour before they said. Expensive for so many issues!

Quality of bread and veggies were super fresh, loved it. But didn't like the way she put the dressings on top of the sandwich as it didn't go inside the sandwiyand all the dressings were stuck on the wrapping paper and totally eating worthless. But really liked the food quality.Vegetarian options: They do have vegan and/or vegetarian options all the time. Best place for the people who eat vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Best place even for the kids.Parking: They've got a huge parking lot. So no worries about parking your car or truck.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessible entry/exit.

The woman here was incredibly kind. She let me try this new sauce because they had changed my usual sauce. Cookies were great, sandwiches were great, eating area was clean, and we had a great time!
