Two words: Food poisoningI got the worst food poisoning that lasted for days because of their raw burger. It already took ten minutes for the food to come out and pulling up but the fact that the burger wasn’t done is crazy. The actual food wasn’t bad and before I even realized the burger wasn’t cooked, I had eaten half the sandwich. I looked down to pick up a tomato that was sliding off to see the whole burger was pink on the inside. Followed by FOOD POISONING FOR 3 DAYS. I was so sick and scared of what might happen to me. To make it worse it was the first restaurant I ate at and I’m new to this town. Never going back and honestly scared to even eat at any other fast food places here because the first one almost took me out. Please train your employees on how to properly cook. I will reach out to someone but I’m just now recovering enough to even write this review. The staff was nice and I didn’t mind waiting, buts it’s the fact I waited just to get undercooked food…..

No one should have to work in this cold! Including my kid! She can't even feel her fingers but refuses to quit or not show up! Close that store down or get some heat! I am making phone calls today!!

this is the worst wendys to ever exist. they take forever on our food, let at least seven people sit at the drive thru and just leave all the while they’re just sitting at the window and talking. staff was rude as hell and honestly shouldn’t be getting payed to stand around and do nothing. horrible service i will never come here again, i don’t care if i sound like a karen someone needs to hear the truth

Sat in the drive-through for well over 5 minutes without being served. No other cars. No other customers at 11:00pm. Called the store and asked what time they close, they said midnight... That's cool if you'd be more attentive. Take better care of your customer next time. Not the first time I've had issues with this particular store. First time complaining about it. Would like a manager's response to this please.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever gone to. I waited for 10 minutes to get acknowledged on the drive thru intercom and then they want me to wait for my fries. I asked for a manager he would not come to speak with me this happened 11/2/2023 at 2:38 in the afternoon. I wish they would close this location!. We need a better restaurant there.

Had a terrible experience at this Wendy's. Was pulled forward in the drive thru and made to wait 20 minutes while 4 cars that came after me were served. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 potatoes. After 20 minutes I decided to go in and get a refund. Do not go to this Wendy'
