My husband and I are regulars. We had slower than usual service. Perhaps they were just short people that day. However, the pickle chips had less breading than usual. The Valparaiso salad used to have top notch quality ingredients. The pears were hard, it was all iceberg, and it was disappointing. I am hoping they realize quality service and food matters. Went to lunch with my husband everything was perfect. From my fried pickle chips to my strawberry balsamic salad and my sweet potatoes fries. The ice tea is straight up from the south. The food is incredible. The staff is polite quiet and just lets you dine. I have found my new favorite restaurant. The level of the music is also just right in that sweet spot. Its not over loud or so quiet you are annoyed. I mean it was perfect everything was perfect.

Food wasn't all the great. The soup was plain nasty, and the sandwiches we ordered, grilled cheese, and Italian beef were not to our standards as we expected from a well-known restaurant as Burgerhaus. We ate here before and the food was good but this time VERY DISAPPOINTING ?

The brisket was amazing. Also, best fries and coleslaw ever. The buffalo shrimp appetizer is well worth coming in for.
