I’ve always been greeted with a smile and the owner knows my order by heart and has a great attitude! I’ve been coming here since 2019 and it’s my favorite shake shop in Valpo by far!
Back in January, I had a major jaw replacement surgery. Island Nutrition was what I drank for several weeks and played a huge role in my recovery journey. I definitely had my favorite protein shakes, but can also say there wasn't a shake I didn't like! I cannot express how thankful I am for this local business! Owner takes pride in the ingredients offered and it shows. Stopped by on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Absolute deliciousness at reasonable prices for what you get. I only regret not finding this gem sooner.
