Waited 40 minutes for our food just for them to tell us (after we ordered Mac and cheese 40 minutes ago) that they didn’t have enough Mac and cheese for our order. Said it would be an hour to make it. We ordered our food at 4:30, a little before dinner time, wouldn’t you think Mac and cheese would be being made? Terrible service and their dining room temperature was set at 58 degrees. Pretty obvious they didn’t want anybody in there or to have to do their job.

HORRIBLE!! The warmer has been broken over a year!! My famous bowl had chicken in it that tasted luke warm and like it was setting at room temperature for hours! The place looks rundown and the ceiling right above the counter has severe water damage and possibly mold... HOW IS THIS KFC STILL OPEN?????

I’ve tried to eat here on multiple occasions. Wanted an all white 3 piece chicken dinner…out of white meat. Waiting at the drive through speaker and no one responded then went in the next time and no one waited on me. I love KFC but won’t go here to eat

In all my years, this is the worst KFC fried chicken I have ever had. When I ordered, I was told there would be a wait while they were frying fresh chicken. I thought this would be great since it would be fresh,Well, what I got was freshly fried chicken with a very little seasoned mushy crust and overcooked dry breasts. Where were the 12 herbs and spices? Did they run out or did they forget to put them on.First and last time I'm coming to this rip off incompetent KFC.Also the interior looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1960's. And try using some degrease on the floors. I should have read the reviews before going there.
4th time we could not buy chicken at the chicken store.5:00 rush hour with no customers.one employee at a table eating.we have been customers our entire lives.Sorry,management needs to look in the mirror before all their customers move on!

Ordered in the drive through and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Elected to wait, then got to the window and the girl in the window said “are you still wanting to wait” and when I asked how much longer she started laughing and said another 20 mins. Mind you it was already 35 minutes when she told us another 20. Definitely don’t come here unless you want to wait for almost an hour for FAST FOOD ? do better! Should have had chicken in the deep fryer that entire time?! Like what ?

We arrived 25 minutes after they opened. There was no one at the front counter to take out order. I waited a few minutes before I said HELLO! A couple of minutes later someone finally strolled up to take our order. This gentleman was unfriendly and borderline rude. It then took then 20 minutes to give us our food.... the food was cold, the nuggets were extremely small, the potpie was undercooked and very little filling.
