I was thrown back in time when we happened to come into KupKates for a birthday cake that made us a repeat customer. Not to mention, their cake decorating skills are just as amazing! I wanted to love these cupcakes, but unfortunately they were so dry. I ordered several cupcakes for my dad's birthday and not one person finished theirs. The flavor combinations were great, but the cake itself was terrible. It seemed like my order was sitting out all day or maybe they were day old cupcakes. The building was adorable and the staff was so friendly. Unfortunately, I will not be returning back.

They did not let us down we were wanting glam winter wonderland and that is what they delivered!! Got to choose so many fun flavors and everyone loved it! Heard they’re selling soup now can’t wait to try that next time I’m in town.

The girls are polite and helpful..Brownies are delicious & they have many varieties..I was pleased with everything I have gotten from Kates...Inside was roomy and clean.. prices are also reasonable. Parking is limited.

Decided to try a new bakery for our Baby shower cake and I am so glad we did! The cake looked BEAUTIFUL and was exactly what we pictured! Besides it looking beautiful it tasted sooooo Amazing!! It was so soft and moist. We had a two tier cake, top tier was banana cake with strawberry mousse filling and bottom tier was strawberry cake with cream cheese filling, everyone at the baby shower was asking where we got it from! The staff was friendly and patient with us so that we could have the exact cake we envisioned.

I ordered a custom dog themed birthday cake for my wife. I told them what I wanted over the phone and when I went to pick it up it was perfect!! When I got the cake home and we had our party, the cake was excellent! The frosting was great and the cake was light and fluffy. I'm not even a cake person and I loved it!! Everyone else asked me where I got the cake. Couldn't have been better!!

I know it's been a minute, but I wanted to take the time to thank KupKates for the beautiful work they did on our wedding cake! Going into this experience, we wanted to give them a concept and let them have the creative freedom to do with it as they wished. We knew our theme revolved around books, and we wanted to include the dogs if it was possible. They certainly went above and beyond on their end of the bargain! It was such a special part of our day.
