We were referred to go check out this winery by aftermath winery, upon coming in we were greeted by Jen, although the place was empty she was very happy to help us and we tried 2 of the samplers. The wine is very good well rounded bodied and fabulous flavor, the wine makers reserve is very intriguing for a red wine! We can’t wait to see what is happening in the future! We look forward to going back to see the new beginnings!!! Great wines, great atmosphere, and great friendly service!

What a disappointment, my husband and I brought my sister here for her 30th last night. We've come here before in the summer for a wine tasting and had a great experience so we thought why not come here again. We were shocked to be treated so rudely, and it was so awkward. We walked into an almost empty restaurant. I counted 4 tables full and 11 empty. The blonde bartender stared at us, not even saying hello, and asked in a rude condescending tone if we had a reservation. We said no, we were just here for a wine tasting. They looked at us like we were ruining their evening and said "maybe they could fit us in." It was about 5pm and the restaurant was basically empty. I was so confused. I had called a few weeks prior to see if I needed reservations for a wine tasting, and they said we could just walk in. Anyways, long story short, they were upset we were only wine tasting. They probably were upset we were taking up a table. I have no idea, but it put a really bad start to my sister's birthday festivities. I wanted to walk out because they were so rude and made us feel so uncomfortable. You shouldn't make a paying customer feel like they can't come and enjoy some wine at your winery. There are plenty of other wineries in the area. I would recommend going somewhere else.

It was NOT easy.Anyways, here is the duplicate review:Quality/Quantity - Wow, some of the best pasta dishes I might have had in my life!My daughter found this place and changed our itinerary to an entirely different city... But I am so glad she did. The best part is she did NOT even know that this was in a winery! Too bad I am the designated driver and was not able to taste any of the wines. A simple menu done well. Kids' menus are also available.Daddy's Super Delicious Bread - Since this was our first time here, they gave us a complimentary "Daddy's Super Delicious Bread." Wow, what a great start! If you are following, I really like bread, but this was over the top. Good firm crust with a soft and warm inside. The sauce is 12 hours in the making. The cheese is also made in house. I can not even remember if I tried the olive oil, but I am sure it was good as well. I would/could order this as a meal next time, LOL.Short Rib Tortellini - My favorite of the dishes. The tortellini are SO huge! Good flavors, generous portions of short rib; you can taste and see the short ribs. The shaved asparagus was done perfectly, and I do NOT even like asparagus.Spaghetti & Meatballs - Generous portions; we actually could not finish this. Two meatballs, and most restaurants only give one. All pastas were cooked al dente. Sweet Potato Tortellini - Also done well, even more generous portions than the short rib tortellini. The short ribs are still my favorite.Honey Lavender Cheesecake - Very faint, light flavors as lavender usually is. Still very good, not too sweet. We actually ordered both desserts but canceled one at the end because we were so full.Other options are: salads, wine slushies, wine, and wine flights.Atmosphere - Two businesses in one...? A winery and a restaurant. I think the signage could have been clearer, but my daughter figured it out.Cool art throughout.Good size restaurant. Free Wi-Fi.Open 7 days a week but call to confirm hours because Yelp's hours differ.Plenty of private parking, which includes parking on the shaded grass. :)Most if not all locals here, so they know where to park, LOL.Service - The front of the house was great. We had many of the team members visit and check on us often. Is this a family run business...?2 hour limit per table, but it did not apply tonight (Saturday) as it was not a full house, it was also raining today.The kitchen was WAY backed up or short staffed. We waited over an hour for our food, and they did not even have a full house. My suggestion is that you tell/give your customers a warning on how long it will take to get food. It was still worth the wait. And the complimentary Daddy's Super Delicious Bread really helped. My daughter ate 3 slices immediately.Price - $85 + tip.Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success. It looks like you moved locations...? Only two suggestions, more outside signage to help us find you. And just give your guest a heads up on how long it would take the kitchen to make the food.

Wonder time here with the fam. The chefs here are brilliant! The service is great.Staff is very welcoming. Big open space inside, plenty of parking. If you’re able to sit outside, do it! Very cool and the lights are a great touch. Only negative is when the umbrellas are down, you can’t see the person in front of you too well.Wine is very flavorful and full, options for all kinds of taste.Highly recommend getting the salad and bread as appetizers!

It was just ok. The food took a very long time to arrive, and the flavor was just ok, but portions are big and the presentation is very good. However, I was expecting more due to the price of each meal. We had the rabbit and the roasted poblano tortellini, and you could not even taste the poblano. They didn't even serve bread at the table, not even when the food is taking forever, it's charged separately as it is considered an appetizer. Go figure! Our server was apologetic and brought us some bread after our food arrived. At the end of your visit, you will receive two bills: one for the food and one for your drinks. The wine was ok, too.

I really wanted to like this place because it's close to home and had good reviews by friends. Well my husband and I went and the wine was amazing but the food turned me off. First inside my meal I found some kind of string. Sent my plate back and the waitress was very accommodating by giving me cake and gift certificate and even offered to make me something else. Then today I'm home and heat up my husband food and found some kind of wood inside of his food. What are the odds. I hate to leave back reviews but I have never experienced this and we are foodies and try new restaurants all the time. I will not return!!! Thanks but no thanks

The food was excellent. The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the food. I had the meatball appetizer and short rib tortellini. I can highly recommend both. The three star rating is caused by the abysmal service. I saw the waitress there times within an hour and a half. I also had to wait a half hour for someone to bring me some water. Once the staff realized that I was not interested in ordering wine, they all but ignored me.
