Ordered online, arrived 10 minutes early in drive thru where I waited several minutes at the speaker before anyone said anything. Sat in the dark since they hadn't turned on any outside lights at 7pm. After they finally spoke, they said they just received my order and it would be a few minutes so I should pull up. After sitting at window for several minutes, they asked me to pull forward and they would bring out my food. 15 minutes later I finally gave up and went inside to get my food, this would now be 20 minutes AFTER my online order pickup time. Even after getting my food, it was lukewarm and missing an order of fries. This place is a rundown mess in terms of both facilities and processes.Wheelchair accessibility: Very rough parking lot, could be difficult to traverse

I went through the drive thru and ordered a three piece chicken meal. It came with fries and coleslaw. I asked for extra fries instead of coleslaw. I also ordered twelve extra hush puppies. The total was just under $18. I'm not exactly sure because I didn't get a receipt. When I got my order and started the leave I looked in the box and noticed they had forgotten to give me the extra fries. I drove back around and showed her the box and told her that not only did I not receive my extra fries but I wasn't sure if I even received the normal regular amount of fries to begin with. She said that what I received was exactly what I was supposed to get and that was extra fries. I didn't know what to say. I tried to calmly explain that this couldn't possibly be correct. Anyone who could see the amount I was giving would have been outright embarrassed if they tried to give this to somebody with a straight face. I left and don't plan on ever returning and the only thing I know to do is warn others so here it is. Don't come here unless you like throwing hard earned money away. I'm gonna post a picture below so look for the three piece chicken meal with like 9 fries next to it. ?

He went through the drive-thru at about 7:00 on a friday. We ordered a 12 piece family meal and waited about 15 minutes for them to cook it off fresh. It was the typical greasy Long John Silver's food that we new wasn't any different but decided to try anyways. The people were super nice, but it's just the typical ljs.
