Being told to settle down when I asked for something I paid for and it was wrong when all I was asking for was for my order to be fixed nicely… unprofessional and rude and manager didn’t seem to care about her staff being rude either

0 stars. Across the board. The manager on mornings is awful. Waited over 10 minutes to receive food and the bag I was given was missing food. When I went in to get it, she explained she knew it wasn't in the bag. On top of that, everytime I order breakfast here it's done improperly. With a button that makes an order custom like "WELL DONE" , you should be getting well done. Instead of getting bacon crispy and well done it seems like they throw my bagel in twice. So a burnt bagel with floppy chewy bacon. Yuck. I stopped going to this location because of the issue but I hated going the opposite direction to the other location so I gave this one another try. I should have known. They need to hire new staff who can actually run a shift.

I was here to Dash. The location on Calumet is great, they have learned that I am a Dasher and treat me well. They bust their butts to get orders out though they always seem to be a little understaffed.

I am giving 2 stars because our order was right and the employees were courteous. Now for the bad. Why do you advertise for something you don't have? My daughter wanted a Shamrock Shake, and guess what the ice cream machine was "broken." There is all this advertising for the Shamrock Shake as we waited to order and while we were ordering. C'mon man. Don't advertise something we can't have. We all know what broken really means. Clean your machines and don't disappoint kids who want sweet chemically goodness around St. Patrick's Day.

The managers really need to talk to their employees. I was in the drive thru waiting behind a car who was taking quite a while to order. I was in the mood for a shamrock shake. I’m a very nosy person so I like seeing what other people order. And I see a shamrock shake and a shamrock McFlurry. “Oh cool these people got a shake, something that I’m gonna order:)” the person in front finishes their order and pulls forward. I start telling my order and to finish it off I ask for a large shamrock shake. The employee taking my order then says “sorry we aren’t serving any shakes at the moment our machine is down” my jaw drops and I proceed to tell the employee that I just witnessed the car in front of me order not one but TWO shamrock items. I then tell them guy I literally saw the car in front order shamrock items. He then pauses for a moment and says “yeah it’s literally breaking as we speak”. I then just only want the other items I wanted and pay. I then get to the 2nd window. Very nice guy lets me know the food will be out shortly. As we are waiting I ask the guy “quick question, is your guys shake machine down?” He gives me a weird look on his face and says “no mam” I then tell the guy that the person who took my order said the machine was literally breaking the time I was ordering. The guy then leaves to go check on the machine and comes back and says “what size shake would you like mam?” Now this guy was very very nice and gave us a free shamrock shake. The managers really need to talk to their employees about lying to customers. If you don’t like making shakes then you must not like your job and shouldn’t be working. The fact that the machine was PERFECTLY fine but the guy at the speaker straight up lied to my face. Now I NEVER have a problem at this McDonald’s and every is so very nice but this one time really made my blood boil.

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give this place zero stars I would. By far the worst McD's I have ever been. So disorganized, not once have they got my order correct, and I am not exaggerating. Most recent: Ordered the McCrispy chicken MEAL (#4 on the menu), Got the drink and fries correct, but for some reason was given a plane McChicken (as in Chicken and bread only) instead. Which is a much smaller sandwich. So I paid $7 for a $1 sandwich. Every single experience I have had has been TERRIBLE. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My guess is there's a competition to see who can get the most 'worst' reviews on google. I can't think of another reason for the sandwich to be delivered like this. It was fine overall as it was just a daily double, seems nearly impossible to screw up other than what's up with the Roma tomato?And, the first cashier was very friendly and even offered a dog biscuit for my pups. The second window seemed also pleasant, although the pop was running all over the side. She graciously gave me some napkins to absorb it. There was a time when they could hardly fill them up, so it's one extreme to the other but when you're craving a Fanta orange it's the only place to go. They have the best!
