Look, I was the a-hole that decided to order a pizza at 11PM on a Wednesday night. I asked for it extra crispy, she went above and beyond to ensure the pizza was as I liked it. I wouldn’t have done that if I were in her position. I would’ve thrown the pizza at me through the window and told me to come back during normal business hours. Professionalism and doing the darn thing, folks. That’s why I’m spending my time leaving all 5’s for a Pizza Hut.

They dont honor advertised prices. I first tried to order on line showing a "local" special of 11.99 for a box meal. It kept charging me 18.99 then all the fees coming out to 27$.So I called and after the automated system which is ridiculous, the saff member I spoke to had attitude and wouldn't honor the deal pizza hut advertised. He didn't even know what local specials they had. We just started going to pizza hut and are now done.After all the recent negative reviews pizza hut won't be in buisness long here.

We ordered four medium cheese pizzas and when we check the pizzas, the third box was empty no pizza! This was at the Valparaiso location. We had to wait 20 minutes for one to be made. While the rest of our order just sits and waits. And they didn’t offer no discount or to make a larger pizza. Very bad customer service.

Everything think we ate was good except for bread sticks didn't care for them. Waitress was very nice and attentive. The wife had the Hawaiian pizza and she said it was good.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu

Overall the food was good. We ordered 8 wings to go and only received 7. By the time we got home and realized, it was a hassle to return to the store.

Upon walking into the establishment, I wondered what the theme was…closed? Because that’s what the vibe was going in even though it said open. And the sole reason I went there in the first place, was actually closed up. I was treating my disabled friend for his birthday and all he wanted was Pizza Hut’s buffet. To say he took it hard is putting it lightly. Do better!

Traveled forty minutes to get to the restaurant for their pizza buffet they have advertised because my friend who suffers from a mental disability kept mentioning it to our friend group, once we entered the store we noticed almost immediately that the pizza buffet they had advertised was not stocked with pizza upon asking the employee at the counter we were told that they had decided to shut down the buffet early as "nobody had come in for it" once we heard this we decided to leave and seek our dinner at another at which point my disabled friend became very distraught so much so that we couldn't get him to stop crying and had to get our dinner at a drive thru and just head back home all in all a very disappointing way to end our day and a truly shameful decision on pizza huts end

Went a long distance for the buffet, qas told they closed the buffet... it was only 1 hour into it. This some sad stuff, my mentally disabled friend was devastated to say the least, and not a few tears were shed on his part. This is a travesty nay, an embarrassment to pizza hut.
This was one of the worst pizzas that I have ever ordered, from Pizza Hut or elsewhere. The store got the order wrong, the Door Dash driver couldn't figure out that the pick up and delivery address had come through as the same place (the Pizza Hut store) and so was extremely late getting the pizza to me. The driver apparently didn't have the proper equipment, because they did not have a pizza bag to carry the pizza out of the car and I'm guessing didn't have a warming oven in the car, as the pizza was stone cold when it arrived.

Arrived exactly on time and tasted wonderful!! My guests said they would order this after enjoying this particular 'package'. We all wished there had been more pasta because it was rather a small portion for 4 people but we all gave this meal 5 stars.

2nd time I asked for well done and crispy but got soggy and floppy.Do better pizza hut. Didn't want to leave a bad review but the survey ask if I would leave a Google review so here it is. Im done with this location in Valparaiso Indiana. People are very rude here. They need to be trained better if there going to deal with customers. Read the order and make good pizza. You got the easiest job but can't even make a cheese pizza right. How does someone make a cheese pizza wrong. Drug test your employees because there is no reason my order twice in a row comes out wrong, it's a plain cheese pizza well done. I rather get my order right than get it fast. Thanks alot to the worst employees around 6:35 pm. Monday nov.6th.

We went here and we were the only people here and we had to wait 10 minutes for them too ask what we qant and they were looking at us and putting halloween decorwations up.
