Qdoba out rates chipotles ? not only the individuals who took the orders were very friendly & very welcoming. To my surprise, they didn’t charge for the avocado and or cheese. Chipotles does charge 4avocado and extra cheese.Our first time there, and will not be the last ? thank you young lady and gentleman that were behind the counter on Aug 21 afternoon.Have a great week

I know I made a doordash order for right when you opened, but I was hungry.. and would at least have preferred you tell me that you were out if the fajita veggies at 11 am, than give me raw red and white onions and green peppers on my burrito and cold meat toppings. I know exactly what it takes to open a kitchen and this was just not it. Also would have preferred actual guacamole than just mashed up, wet avocado.

Horrible food experience burned meat spoiled entire meal.....they do the we got shrimp bait and switch to get u in....them it's meat and chicken which is burnt 1 bowl and a soda almost $20.00.....go

Great place , clean restaurant , great people. Even when they have days where their fellow workers unexpectedly leave, they pull through and give good service. I've never gotten sick here and the food has always been good. This place is usually cleaner than other fast food establishments.

Updating my review because I just had a great experience thanks to one of the employees, Dylan, who was not only very friendly and not only provided us with 4 (actually good) jokes, but also encouraged us to try samples -- one of which I liked so much I will definitely return to get it as a meal. I wish some of the limited-time offers at Qdoba lasted a little longer (at least a week or two), and I wish there were more vegetarian options, but those are corporate issues and so far as this specific spot, I have nothing but positive things to say. Great experience.

On 4-17-23 went to get lunch at velpo location the worst food lettuce was brown no bins were filled looked old from night before no guacamole when I asked to speak to manager I was so displeased with product wanted a refund I would bring all uneaten food back she hung up the phone on me restaurant was very dirty as well stay away rude mangerment poor quality bad bad bad dirty store ?! What a waste of money went right in the garage where it belongs !!!!!

We were traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio for the NCAA games. My daughter chose QDOBA. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left - the total experience was so good we detoured on our way home to stop AGAIN on Saturday afternoon. Frank and the other employee working that night took time to chat with us, ask questions, were efficient making our food and could not have been nicer. We drove to Columbus thru Indianapolis and home thru Fort Wayne. Again - we drove up to see Frank and his team (we called to make sure he was working) so we could stop again. We have a Rugby Tourney in April in Indiana - and we already know we will stop in again. Customer service is all you have in the world today - and you are lucky to have it in Frank. I run a company in Wisconsin and would be proud to hire Frank as my Customer Service employee. You are lucky to have him.

This place shouldve been opened next to the hospital , it’s terrible someone’s gana end up needing a doctor. My food was nice and cold. I was confused by the microwaved tortillas pretending to be real tortillas from the tortilla committee. The chicken tacos were problably celebrating their first birthday before I bought them and everything was bland. Just go across the street to chipotle and save ur self the runs later on.

AMY deserves praises. It’s been a rough and cold day out here today, and even with that, the unexpected increase in rushes, and I even saw two rascals in there. AMY was still working hard, she was kind, respectful, and making sure I knew all of my options and made me feel welcome ? and not to mention MICHELLE is amazing. I’ve worked beside her here once before, and she is one of the hardest working people I know. MICHELLE knows exactly what to do all of the time, and she can lift 5 times her own body weight. She’s a unit. These two workers are the main reason I enjoy coming into QdobaVegetarian options: Has plant based proteinsKid-friendliness: Kid friendly music and atmosphereParking: Sizable parking lot s surrounding the buildingWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in front of the door, the entrance and the restaurant is spaciousDietary restrictions: There is options for all diets of my knowledge

One of the top stops in Valparaiso for a quick bite. This QDoba is always delicious. The chicken quesidilla is great and it never takes them too long to make it. The lines are not long and they have a fairly large indoor dining area. We enjoy coming here after stopping at GameStop next door.Vegetarian options: Gluten free
