my bf and i have probably been here 7+ times. we’ve gotten several different dishes and they are always good!! today, we ordered the birria and steak tacos & we literally got the food less than 10 minutes after ordering it. i’m picky with my mexican food, and i'm obsessed!

Ordered the red pozole and it was good but the waitress did not come around often. At one point another waitress was about to take our plates while we were still eating. The restaurant is cookie cutter. If it's not Frida Kahlo it's a masked luchador. Typical graffiti style paintings on the wall. The restaurant is not cozy at all you could hear your echo if you tried. The music was a blend of everything that doesn't go together.

Food was a joke !Cold tacos !!! It was very disappointed, my husband and I tried it for the first time. We both ordered quesabirria tacos and the cheese wasn’t even melted, I also try a taco de al pastor and I couldn’t finished one taco the taste wasn’t close to a Al pastor … the server was friendly and she was very nice … and the margarita was nasty ! No flavor at all … as a Mexican who have tried real tacos I won’t recommend this place to eat at all! I even felt sick after smh ! I think El cantarito is part of this witch is super weird because we love el cantarito if I could I would go every day lol ? because the al pastor tacos are super good !!! And the margaritas are very delicious! So if you want to try good tacos go to El cantarito instead !

I had a steak burrito which i would give a 3.4 stars. The sauce they gave on the side was good. Service was good but they mixed my steak burrito with my friends chicken burrito and had them in different bags and the ambiance was cool ig.

Went there for the first time and had shrimp taco and fish taco and teriyakitaco. Also the sampler was good with amazing chips guacamole and salsa. This place is hidden away but worth the visit and wonderful staff. Prices are reasonable and you can even get a drink if you want.
