I made a curbside order. Wasn't rude to the worker on anything outside my 12 year old son is highly Allergic to onions using the app I told her I would return the sandwich and took full responsibility for ordering it with onions on it ask her to please remake it for me She stated give her five minutes and she would. I waited over 15mins walked in with the sandwich not opened or eaten she stated because I ordered it with with onions that since i ordered it that way it my fault. Which I understand she made me feel like my concerns about it didn't matter it that she would not remake the sandwich ask her for the cooperation number she told me I could get it online asked for her name she told me she not Comfortable with giving that out. If this is how you guys treat cousmters over a mistake I never eat here again! I did also notice the Racism when I asked about it! And I did read the other racist remarks on these reviews sad. Over a sandwich

I love this location. They make the best in my opinion. I was questioning the tip thing a lot for picking up. I guilted myself into it thinking if I don’t, might not have good food. They left out two cookies and a coke. Although I’m sure I should have grabbed the coke. They saw me standing around weird. But I didn’t see it on the list attached to my order. So I left. Looked back at my order on app. And there was a coke. Just for people who feel they might need to tip for excellent service. I don’t think so. Tipping has gotten crazy. Just my experience though. Again, food was great. Place always clean.

I love this Subway location!!! I got a Turkey sandwich and it was so nicely put together, not just thrown in the bread, like my experience has been with other locations. The place is clean and the workers are so nice and welcoming, especially Lexi! I will continue to order from this Subway!! Keep up the good work Subway on Calumet!!!

Short staffed. Just two workers. But they did a great job. Gotta say, the customers there were complete idiots. One old man was face timing an order. Another group was a bunch of rowdy kids. But the ladies never lost their composure and our sammiches were awesome! Thanks

I went in my sandwich was cut all messed up. The employee was rude her name was jenna. I asked for black olives and receive a pinch of black olives on a foot long. I had to ask multiply times to get what I wanted on my sandwich. I should not be so difficult to get what I want on my sandwich.

Had a hair in the chicken pulled the chicken out then at the end of the sandwich was a hair sticking out took it to the girl at the counter she said to me have a nice day really!!
