We came to this location only to find out you have to order via kiosk (which I realize must be a corporate decision and the employees cannot control) however someone that was with me did want to pay partial cash which means they would have to take it at the counter and I don't know if the girl just didn't care or ignored the person I was with. Then when we attempted to order via the kiosk we could not figure out how to customize the thing we wanted(we wanted to change the protein on a combo meal and weren't sure at first how to) the girl said she could send someone to help but it would be a minute. We waited, probably 10 minutes or more, no one came to help. I called the Calumet location and she basically said they are required now to use the kiosk also but they were happy to help and she seemed nice so we opted to go to the Calumet location. SO MUCH BETTER. We ended up ordering online through our phones though because they still offer the cravings box we like so it was a win win. This location had AWFUL service and I doubt we will return. Do yourself a favor and go the short distance to the Calumet location, they are lovely.

I don't work here, there's no way I'm searching through screens to find what I want and figure that out, all to pay the same or more. If I'm doing your job why don't I get a discount? Sorry I left and I will never return for that kind of service.

Any restaurant that don't have cashiers and you've got to take your order by yourself on a computer sucks didn't eat there don't plan on eating there and you can shove your Taco Bell
Drive thru attended was rude. I told him screen didn't show what I ordered when he asked. Ignored and said pull up. When I got my order never repeated what it was. Then came back to tell me move up. I said i was checking order at first it looked like something was missing. Then he rudely ignored and said car is behind you move.up. I finished looking in bag and seen to find the missing item buried under other item. I pulled up then yelled I was making sure I had everything. Double checked and left.
