I am not sure if there is a new roast beef but my husband and I went to have a late supperon 2/24/24 and when we got our classic roast beef it was thick beef and not the original shaved which definitely was a different texture and wasn't as enjoyable. I was looking forward to that thinly sliced sandwich and was very disappointed.

The food and service were great. The floor was a little greasy. When you walked in, it smelled like old grease.

I'm not much of a complainer when it comes to getting fast food but this wasn't very good today. Gave us a drink that we didnt order, kept messing up a drink we did order. They also left out fries that we ordered, and messed up most of the fries that we got with our food, we only order a a few things with the fries and it still wasn't that great. The food was warm which was a plus. Wasnt very impressed.

As the day wore on I needed to have lunch and Arby's presented itself as an option. We stopped and walked in as the others needed to use the restroom anyway. It was a very typical Arby's and I was able to place my order quickly. I ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches so I could have one immediately and one a little later.Service was quick and the employees were friendly. My sandwiches turned out to be excellent.
