First, they messed our order up. I didn't even get my order until about 20 minutes after my husband got his. The fries were cold and the wings were edible but not the greatest. Our waitress was rude. She came to our table 3x. Once to take our order, again to bring our food and then she brought our ticket. She didn't come by and ask if we needed refills,plates removed,etc. I had to go to the check out desk to get refills and napkins. She got friendlier towards the end of our meal. I assume for a tip.

I truly do not understand the lack of management awareness for the poor customer experience. I do not blame the waitstaff, I fully believe this is management’s problem due to understaffing.
Great restaurant and friendly servers. Darrnel was great. Keeping us up to date. Refills etc. Thursdays is buy one get one free. So it’s busy. Expect details but every minute worth the wait.
