Just left the Burger King in Vincennes and my nuggets are literally not even cooked every time we go there there's an issue

When I was standing in line today at "Burger King" where you are King ? and were you to can also eat a variety of fine quality burgers and the classic I prefer the whopper and all of it glory , soo yummy ? not made from children like the other big chains thats why Burger King is Krohn approved !!! Go today an big a King ! But like I was saying I came up with the coolest idea for new song , it's going to be awesome because the Krohn isn't a sale out like other bands .?

Came in and lady behind the counter asked us to wait and that was fine. She started yelling at a older employee loudly in front of customers. She came and took our order. We waited more than 10 minutes on our order. We got our order and she had messsed it up. We told her no cheese and she put cheese on all of them. We were fine we didnt want to wait another 10 min for her to fix it so we just ate it. As we ate our food she continued to yell and be disrespectful to the other coworkers. Very disrespectful to her employees. Not sure if she was the manger but she was bossing them as if she was. She made everyone in there eating very uncomfortable

It seems like when you order something on sale say two two hamburgers or two Whoppers when you get them they're all smashed down now I don't know why but even on their commercials on TV they seem nice to buns seem nice and big and and fresh but they're not that way at the restaurant I feel they'll lose business because I'm not the only one that notices it they need to improve greatly

Very bad experience I pulled in with a semi and the lady would not let me order by walking up to the window since the semi truck would not fit in drive thru. Truck drivers get treated like garbage maybe ppl/business should realize how their stuff get

Been here multiple times. The wait is always very long, and the staff wear their heart on their sleeves. If one is having a bad day, they all are. And suddenly, so are you.
Very polite establishment and didn't rush me or my wife when ordering tonight when we went through drive

I’m not giving them a bad rating because of the taste or preparation of the food that’s all fine just like any other Burger King. HOWEVER the staff have got to be the most HATEFUL people. They have a tendency to also get the order wrong majority of the time..accidents happen that’s fine …but the manager will come to the window an treat you like your a scumbag for simply wanting to get your order corrected and pretty much tell you it’s your fault it’s wrong an she’s a manager an she backs up her staff it’s your fault the order is messed up she also accused us of lying about a order an we had to prove her wrong with a receipt after she literally said we were lying. We stopped going cause the service is so awful.

The food is always good but the manager is one of the rudest person I’ve ever met. I’m not sure how she hasn’t been fired for how she treats the customers. I truly feel sorry for the people that have to work with her. Vincennes Burger King isn’t going to last long with the way she is running away the local customers.

I’ve come to this Burger King about 3 times now and each time i’m greeted by the same nasty lady, always has an attitude. I was doordashing one night and had to pick up food from here, i let them know i was there for door dash and a boy told me to pull forward, so i did. He handed me the drinks and let me know the food would be ready soon. The manager came to the window and was handing me food that wasn’t mine, i told her i was with doordash and she gave me the nastiest attitude saying i should’ve let somebody know i was there for door dash and she turned around and slammed the window. I guess after that the other employee let her know that i did say i was with door dash and she went off on him right in front of me. She handed me the food without any apology and carried on to slam the window once more.I will not be returning to this Burger King until they hire better staff. Not sure what this lady has going on but dear lord hon, you’re flipping burgers, get over yourself.
