The food and service is okay. The store could be much cleaner. The condiment and self serve drink area is never clean when we eat here. It doesn't matter if we eat lunch supper or in between.

All the entrees I have tried have been fantastic, including the hamburgers, pot roast sandwich, fries, onion rings and of course ice cream. The employees are always friendly, and courteous even under pressure. The dining area has always been clean, even with the large amount of traffic.
Every time I go in I order a vanilla concrete with extra Oreo mix. I always have to have them put extra in because they barely put any in. Today is no different they handed it to me through the drive through window and I looked and said can you add a little extra and the girl smirked and said we did and closed the window on me!!! Come on Culver’s fix this issue and get these careless kids out of there!!!

Ive worked here previously and it was awful. Low pay, terrible hours, and a bunch of young teenagers who would mostly stand around and talk and didnt work. Yes, the food is okay. Great ice cream. Now the workers are just a bunch of literal children. We went to get ice cream and cheese curds and they're were a clump of workers just talking and having a great time like they weren't at work. It was hard getting others attention and even getting them to help us because of how wrapped up in there own conversations. So we just left and went to another place. Instead of feeling like a restaurant, I went to, it felt like a hangout spot. The employees were playing vulgar music from the back of the house (that you can hear in lobby mind you) and us having a young child, I wasn't too impressed or happy. Not a professional establishment at all. They definitely need to change something. It gets worse and worse everytime I come in. And I don't go there very often.
