The food we got was great as usual but folks were really swamped and so some items didn’t get entered into the order. Not the fault of the staff - it was a hectic day. Very clean interior, thank you for keeping it well maintained!

Haley B. needs to learn better customer service and interaction skills. She didn't bother to greet us so we just had to awkwardly start ordering. I asked if the fries were fresh and she said "they should be". They weren't, and never are. Didn't say thank you or tell us our food would be out shortly, just walked away. Brought our ice cream without a word, so i said thank you have a good day and was ignored. On the way out I said have a good day once more, and her and a female manager just looked at me. You work customer service, these interactions are the bare minimum you can do to make a customer feel appreciated. What a snobby attitude for someone in that position.

I love DQ. They're definitely overpriced imo but everything is made fresh so it's worth the wait. Just be sure to check your order before you leave.

This was my first visit in a long time and may be my last. The lady at the counter took the guys order that came in after me before me then it went down from there. I placed my order and sat down to wait. She came with an order and before I could say anything she sat it down and walked away. Wrong order. She came back a minute later with my order and dropped the tray on the table and grumpily stated this is your order, oh well here. Then walked away. She left the wrong order as well. Not sure what to do with the wrong one I left it there. They were not busy yet the dining room was dirty. All the empty tables needed a good cleaning. The cheeseburger was decent, nothing to brag about but not too bad. Her attitude needed checked though. Not sure if I will be back.

Came inside to grab my food since the drive-through was full. After my order was taken, I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting, and then my food was slammed on the table, and the lady just turned around after rolling her eyes.

Went to get two chili dogs. I don't know what is going on with your guys store lately. But chili dogs do not go on bread. And you should have told me if you was out of buns. Everytime I go the food is messed up .

I have been in town for 30 days and they somehow have not been able to complete my order a single time, I was given a $15 card to use and when I tried to use it 2 weeks ago the ice cream machine was down. I tried again earlier this week and today and I was told they no longer do chocolate ice cream. The building was very dirty when I went in to order at the counter and the two times I did the drive through it took them quite some time to respond to me and a staff member repeatedly walk in front of my moving car. I’m using up the $15 if I can but if not oh well cause this place is awful

Be cautious about ordering cakes here. Ordered online two days ago for a birthday. Got my confirmation email. Showed up for it today. They didn't have it. Claimed something to do with their manager was the reason. They had one pre made cake they offered. Wasn't the same kind I ordered but I agreed and asked for a discount. Ultimately I decided not to get the premade cake because they offered to take $2 off the cake. If you order online your confirmation means nothing. You could end up with no cake for your party or not the cake you want but still have to pay ful price for it. My name, phone number, and email were all on my order. I never received any call or email saying they couldn't fulfill it. They were apologetic but unhelpful. Also told me I was the second person today who showed up for an order with a confirmation and didn't have their order.

Employees vaping in dining area which I believe is illegal. Employees talking so loud behind the counter about personal matters. Lack of management to keep them in line. I will not be back.

Stopped in to let my friend go in. He asked for a Misty Slush and she gave him a freeze (which was more) He told her he wanted the slush and she copped an attitude and said , "They are the same thing." He didn't want to cause a scene, so he just took it. She charged him 4.99 when what he wanted was 2.99. You guys need new staff. Not the first time the staff has been rude to customers.

Ordered 1/4 lb cheeseburger with lettuce tomato onion pickles ketchup and mustard...And, crispy chicken combo with tomato lettuce mayo... But, she said no fries came with combo??? So, I ordered no combo just small french fry with my 2 sandwiches..I got fish sandwich with tartar sauce and lettuce and a regular cheese burger with pickle ketchup and mustard... Who's running this place, Where's Jon and Lani???
