“Such a great little historical building to have a wonderful breakfast in!Stopped in on a Saturday and found only 1 table open. We were seated almost immediately. Took drink order and was left a simple 1 page breakfast menu. Drinks came in 2 minutes. Placed order. Food took a little while (20 minutes) but this place was packed to the gills. From where we sat you could see into the kitchen, and I feel great knowing how clean everything was. Almost spotless even for a busy Saturday morning. The waitstaff was super friendly, and quick to tend to any needs (coffee never got below half tank). Once food came out I was delighted at how well it was cooked and how great everything tasted. The potato cake takes the stage for me. Soft and creamy on the inside, nice cristy outer shell without being over done. Very good! Egg cooked to perfection. This place is a gem, and I will be back.If in Vincennes and looking for an excellent breakfast, look no further!“
