Jimmy John's has been great on multiple levels. I've been getting Jimmy John's since before they opened in vincennes( in other cities). Every personal order has been correct and fresh. I love there sliced wheat bread. The company I work for gets us lunch monthly, and Jimmy John's is always a favorite. Their boxes have a ton of food. It has a sandwich chips pickle and dessert. You pick your favorites. Always a great catering experience.

I went here and ordered a plain slim 4. Got my sandwich and left. A few minutes later, I open my sandwich to find tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo. Went back and told them they made the wrong sandwich and they fixed it but we’re not super nice about it. This has happened to me before at other jimmmy johns and I don’t know why. It’s not hard to make a sandwich with only Turkey and cheese. Plus, it’s wasting ingredients every time they make it wrong. Overall pretty disappointed in my experience here.Parking: Parking lot was tiny and hard to maneuver around but there were spots available.

So I ordered lunch and there was an issue with my sandwich. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman about my issues and he informed me that it would be taken care of and replaced and they replaced the while order. What I'm getting to is most businesses won't do that for their customers but jimmy johns they stand out and shine bright amongst their many competitors and I enjoy it to the point I could happily live off of their sandwiches and not have one solid complaint against their establishment.
